Passionate About Space

The Space Workforce Coalition (SWC) is a national Community of Practice created to address the current and future workforce needs of the space sector.  SWC members lead regional programs in Florida’s Space Coast, the Gulf Coast of Louisiana and Mississippi, Southern California, Alabama, and Colorado. Coalition members collaborate with community colleges, employers, and unions, on replicable and scalable approaches to attract, train and create employment opportunities, particularly for people from backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in STEM jobs.
